Kurzwellenempfang ist eine schwachbrüstige
Angelegenheit? Nicht bei uns - vom Schlafzimmer aus haben wir direkten
Blick auf die Sendeantennen der Sendestelle Wertachtal der deutschen
Welle und somit auch besten Empfang! Ein Horror für alle Elektrosmog-Paniker,
aber wir schlafen immer noch gut - solange wir nicht an die wesentlich
unangenehmeren Internet-Gelüste
des Senders denken, versteht sich. Hier ein Tag mit der deutschen
Welle im Sommer.

Did
you ever hear of "Deutsche Welle", the German government
radio station? Oh yes, I know, they became infamous for going after
the US company Diamond Ware trying to reverse domain hijack their
web address dw.com :-(. But they cannot only be heard on the web but
on shortwave as well. We have excellent reception as their strong
shortwave transmitting station "Wertachtal" that can be
heard all over the world can actually be seen from our bedroom window.
No, our bedlight does not play music or glow in the dark... :-) |
